Mitel’s
"Twinning" lets you bridge desktop and mobile phones to take calls
anywhere
Mobile
phone users have always had exceptional mobility but little or no
participation in enterprise communication services. A new feature from
Mitel changes all that…
Mitel Mobile Extension unites these two domains through a single number
that enables mobile workers to receive all calls regardless of their
location. Any telephone, including a cell phone, can be linked to a desk
phone, acting as an extension of the office phone system. This is known as
"twinning.”
The user is always accessible whether in the office, at home or on the
road. The result is that employees avoid missed calls and gain personal
productivity... and spend much less time chasing voice mail and playing
phone tag. Your business gets faster decision-making and happier
customers.
Are you ready to set up twinning for your business? Call us at

VoIP Networks
launches GPS-equipped service fleet to better serve you
Our newest commitment to customer satisfaction is an investment in a "Real
Time" GPS Tracking Management System for our service fleet. GPS ensures
prompt service, more efficient technician routing, and better overall
response times for our clients.
As service calls come in, the GPS system allows us to check on the
location of every vehicle in our service fleet via satellite. This allows
us to dispatch the technician closest to your location.
We’re constantly working to improve customer service.
To discuss multi-year service plans or to discover all of the support
capabilities we can provide you, contact us at (856)-795-4500 ext. 1

Planning an
office move or expansion project?
Here are 5
things to remember!
There are 5 things to remember if you're planning a move or adding new
space1...
#5 - Place your order as early as possible with the telephone
carriers. You can always push the date OUT, but it's harder to get them to
rush!
#4 - Don't print new letterhead or business cards until AFTER the new
telephone numbers are INSTALLED and WORKING. Murphy's Law says, "If
you print your cards with the numbers you were promised, they won't be the
numbers the carrier delivers."
#3 - Check that your new location qualifies for DSL or whatever
Internet service you need BEFORE you sign the lease. Too many
customers call AFTER they have already moved and find their location
either doesn't qualify for DSL or it qualifies for a lower speed than they
had previously.
#2 - If possible, avoid scheduling your Telecom move on a late Friday
afternoon. If the cutover does not go well, you have to wait until
Monday before someone at the telephone company can work on your problem.
Moving no later than Thursday gives you a full business day (Friday) to
iron out any problems BEFORE the weekend. If you must move on a Friday,
plan on closing the office no later than noon so you have the rest of the
day to work out any issues.
#1 - Call VoIP Networks as soon as you even THINK about moving so
we can assist you in every detail of moving your voice, Internet and Wide
Area Network services. We can save you a lot of time and headaches by
coordinating with all of your carriers.
When you’re planning to relocate or expand your office, be sure to contact
us at (856)-795-4500 ext. 1 or
sales@voipnetworks.com.
We’ll help make your headaches go away!
